Quotation are invited for Rewinding of Igniter Transformers:- Harare Power Station. PRICE SCHEDULE ITEM DESCRIPTION QUANTITY 1. Rewind igniter transformers x 4 1AU Vat on contract sum TOTAL YOUR OFFER SHOULD CLEARLY INDICATE THE FOLLOWING: 1. Bidders must respond to the specification on a line by line basis without failure. 2. A bid validity period of a minimum of 30 days from tender closing date must be firmly stated. 3. Bidders must provide lead time/delivery period from receipt of official order expressed in weeks. 4. Bidders must attach at least two signed and traceable reference letters from their customers for having successfully provided similar services. (N.B Reference Letters should not be from the same company e.g. ZPC Harare and ZPC Hwange). 5. Bidders must attach proof of Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe registration in the form of a copy of Government Gazette –plant and equipment maintenance services—(Service Category S/P/004) – PRAZ receipts are not acceptable. If bidders do not attach proof - ZPC will use available Government Gazettes to verify registration. 6. Bidders must state their acceptance of the following payment terms, no advance payments will be made for orders below US$500,000.00. Payment for goods will be made 60 days after delivery.
