Description: The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to enable selection of a suitable contractor and to facilitate a contractual agreement with the successful bidder(s) for carrying out Community Led monitoring in 44 PEPFAR Differentiated Service Delivery (DSD) Districts within Zimbabwe for the purposes of improving quality of health services and accessibility of same.
