The International Labour Office (hereinafter the "ILO") is pleased to invite your company to submit a Proposal for designing, development of engineering and architectural drawings for a mercury free basic commercial gold milling plant and provision of construction supervision services and as further described in Annex III.
To enable you to prepare and submit a Proposal, please find enclosed the following Annexes:

Your Proposal must be received by the ILO no later than 04:00 PM Harare Time on 07/04/2020. Late bids shall be rejected.
