A Complete Set of Bidding Documents may be Purchased at the above Office upon Payment of a Non-Refundable Fee of $10,00 from Monday-Friday between 0800hrs-1600h's The City of Masvingo does not Bind Itself to Accept the Lowest or Any Bid and Reserves the Right to Subdivide the Contract.
