- You are requested to bid for the items specified in the Statement of Requirements below, by completing and returning the following documentation: the Bid Submission Sheet in this Part 1; the Priced Bill of Quantities or Schedule of Activities (in Part 2) supported by an equipment schedule, manpower schedule and a financial disbursement schedule. Supplier Registration number showing that you are registered with the Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe; A bid security or bid securing declaration in the format specified in this Part; the completed qualification forms provided in this Part 1; copies of certificate of incorporation, valid tax clearance from ZIMRA, company profile, VAT, three traceable trade reference with contact details, copies of CR14 and CR6, NSSA Compliance Certificate and company banking details. Site visit certificate Bidders mustbe registered in the Category B or better of the ZBCA or CIFOZ in the field of Civil or Mechanical Engineeringor Ministry of Public Works and Local Government. Bidders to submit proof of membership.
