Tenders are invited for Roads Refurbishment of 10km Stretch of Council Tarred Road Network Qty: 10 Km Interested bidders are requested to submit their bidding documents in sealed envelopes dearly labeled "ROADSRESEALING" Tender number KTC/ENG/2021/01 together with the following documents: Company Profile Certificate of Incorporation Traceable references Valid Tax Clearance Certificate Three months` Bank Statement Proof of registration with the Procurement Regulatory of Zimbabwe (PRAZ) Bid security fee $200 000.00 (refundable) Proof of payment of tender fees of ZWL$1000.00 deposited into Agribank KTC Rates Account Number 125000053152 or Ecocash Merchant Code 28295 or make a direct payment at our Payments Office at the Council Main Offices. There shall be a compulsory site visit of the roads on Wednesday 10th of March 2020. Bidders are expected to converge at the Council Main Offices, in readiness for the site visit. Bid documents with detailed specifications are obtainable from Karoi Town Council, Registry`s Office,78 Brooks Street, Karoi. Bidding Documents should be submitted in the tender box in the Registry Office, Council Main Offices, 78 Brooks Street, Karoi before 1000hrs on Thursday 18 March 2021. Bidding Documents will be opened at lOOOhrs on the same date in the presence of available Bidders.
