Description:
Tenders are invited for Service Provision Takunda Program in Manicaland and Masvingo: Theatre for Development Trainer. Objectives of this assignment are to: 1) Support the identification of community-based theatre groups 2) Trail local community theatre groups in TfD. focusing on techniques and skils required to create and perform theatre that promotes secial and behavior change 3) Train groups on facilitating discussions and engaging with the various audience to promote dalogjjeand engagement. 4) Coach and mentor groups as they start practicing TfD through monitoring their work and providing on-the-job support 5) Conduct four post-trairmg monitonng vsits to the groups, one n the first month Mowing training The Trainer wil parbepate in the first performance of each group, then quarterly mom ton ng thereafter.
