- Quotation are invited for Servicing of an Air Conditioner at ZPC Head Office. Manner of Submission Quotations must be submitted/addressed to knkomo@zpc.co.zw copy tchikomwe@zpc.co.zw before 10:00 hours on the closing date. Site visit date 14 January 2022 at 1200hrs. Last date of submission is 19 January 2022 Bidders must state acceptance of the following payment terms (a) No advance payments will be made for orders below ZWL$ 5,000,000. Payment for delivered goods will be made within 30 days after delivery of goods. (Bidders must state acceptance of these payment terms without fail). 5. Bidders must provide lead time not exceeding 7 days or 1 week from receipt of official purchase order. Time is of the essence. 6. The quotation and supporting documents should be sent in one PDF email.
