• Description:
• Quotation are invited for Servicing, Cleaning and Calibration of Underground Fuel Tanks and Pumps at Karoi CSC, (Zetdc Northern Region; Chinhoyi District). Karoi CSC i)Servicing, Cleaning, Calibration and Pressure testing of 2 x 5000 litres Petrol and Diesel fuel tanks & pumps: The scope of work for fuel pumps includes: a) Servicing/ repair of 2 x Fuel Pumps b) Replacement of nozzles and horse pipes. c) Replacement of totalisers and zero counter calibriration. d) Replacement of all (2) check valves. Tenders should be accompanied with the following documents; 1. Current tax clearance. 2. ZETDC-s payment terms are strictly 30 working days after delivery hence bidders- position must be clearly stated 3. Prices should be in in local currency ( ZWL) 4. Bidders must quote using the price annexure attached below 5. Bid validity of 20 days 6. Delivery period should be within 7 days 7. Proof of registration with Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe
