- The Government of Zimbabwe has received financing from the African Development Fund hereinafter called the Bank toward the cost of the Institutional Support for State Enterprises Reform Project (ISSER), and intends to apply part of the proceeds towards payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of various ICT Equipment- Lot 1- Supply and delivery of Laptops, Desktops and Printers and Lot 2-Supply, Delivery and Installation of a Video Conferencing Equipment) For this contract, the Borrower shall process the payments using the Direct Payment disbursement method, as defined in the Bank-s Disbursement Guidelines and procedures for Investment Project Financing, except for those payments, which the contract provides to be made through letter of credit.
