  • Expression of Interest are invited for Supplementary Data Collection for Zimbabwe HIV-SRH Impact Evaluation on Efficiency Gains with HIV and SRH Service Integration. ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION In order to understand whether both HIV and sexual Reproductive Health (SRH) services being produced jointly in the same health facilities in Zimbabwe was a cost-effective investment (i.e. whether it led to cost savings or technical efficiency gains), the Government of Zimbabwe initiated a study in 2013. This study is being conducted to analyse the costs of integrating both SRH and HIV services in health facilities across 31 districts in Zimbabwe. Quantitative answers to the research questions require data from both 2013 (before all the staff had received integration training) and in a future year, around 2016/2017. In order to form a good conclusion of HIV and SRH services, this Supplementary Survey on Integration will be used to complement data at midline. Data on integration of HIV and SRH services will need to be collected from 52 facilities (32 districts and 20 primary health care facilities) in 4 provinces in Zimbabwe. FUNDING SOURCE The World Bank Group intends to finance the assignment / services described below under the following: - BANK BUDGET - Estimating Efficiency Gains from Integrating HIV and Reproductive Health Services in Zimbabwe ELIGIBILITY Eligibility restrictions apply: [Please type list of restrictions] INDIVIDUAL / FIRM PROFILE The consultant will be a firm. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS The World Bank Group now invites eligible firms to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc. for firms; CV and cover letter for individuals). Please note that the total size of all attachments should be less than 5MB. Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications. Interested firms are hereby invited to submit expressions of interest. Expressions of Interest should be submitted, in English, electronically through World Bank Group eConsultant2 (https://wbgeconsult2.worldbank.org/wbgec/index.html) NOTES Following this invitation for Expression of Interest, a shortlist of qualified firms will be formally invited to submit proposals. Shortlisting and selection will be subject to the availability of funding. Only those firms which have been shortlisted will receive notification. No debrief will be provided to firms which have not been shortlisted. Qualification Criteria . 1. Provide information showing that they are qualified in the field of the assignment. . 2. Provide information on the technical and managerial capabilities of the firm. . 3. Information on similar studies undertaken in Zimbabwe . 4. Provide information on the qualifications of key staff. * - Mandatory Shortlisted consultants will be invited to respond to a Request for Proposal. Contract awards will be made in accordance with the World Bank Group Procurement Policies and Procedures.
