- Tenders are invited for Supply of 30 X Independent Desks and Chairs with Backrest for Secondary Schools ( form 1 to 4) Bids should be accompanied by certified copies of: 1. Valid Certificate of Incorporation 2. VAT Registration Certificate 3. Valid Tax Clearance 4. Valid Registration with the Procurement 5. Proof of payment for the Πid document 6. Registration with NSSA β’ A non-refundable fee of ZWL 300 shall be paid to acquire the tender document. β’ All bids should be in sealed envelopes clearly marked category of Supply (s). β’ Bids must be hand delivered at Council Offices Murewa Centre from Monday to Friday during working hours from 0730 hours to 1600 hours on or before Friday 14TH of August 2020, 1600 hours. Bids submitted by online means should be ΡΠΎcommunicated and confirmed by the council on or before closing date. β’ Bidders must ensure that their Bids are recorded by the Procurement Office before depositing into the Tender Box. β’ Bids will be opened on the 14th of August, 2020 at 1600hrs soon after closing in the Council Boardroom in the presence of Bidders or their representatives who may choose to attend.
