Quotation are invited for Supply and Delivery of 2022 Calendars and Diaries. 1. Wall calendar 2022 Single page photo calendar with photos of HESCO project on the top and a 12 month calendar at the bottom. HESCO Logo and Address 120 each 2. Desk Calendar 2022 12 Sheets with vinyl corners. HESCO Logo and address HESCO Project photos different at each page. 120 each 3. A5 Notebooks- Grey/Black- stitched two textured PU cover, with pen holder style on front cover with pen loop, Zimbabwe map, Zimbabwe distance chart, 96 sheets of 1 colour lined notebook pages & a page marker 120 each 4. Executive A5 USB Notebooks Blue Stitched jacket PU outer cover with 16gb usb, magnetic closure, 2 pockets & card holding space on the inside. Matching colour inner PU cover, Zimbabwe map, Zimbabwe distance chart, 96 sheets of 1 colour lined notebook pages & a page marker. 30each Manner of Submission  Quotations must be submitted by email to tjenami@zpc.co.zw as it may not be possible to drop hard copies into the tender box as a precaution against the spread of the corona virus and your quotation must be received before 10:00 hours on the closing date.  Offers not received by 10:00 hours on the closing date will be treated as late tenders and will be rejected.  Last date of submission is 28 October 2021. YOUR OFFER SHOULD CLEARLY INDICATE THE FOLLOWING: 1. You must respond to the specification on a line by line basis 2. Your quotation must be in Zimbabwe Dollars. 3.
