Description:
Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of Cellphones. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS 1. Current tax clearance certificate. 2. Company profile. 3. Three traceable references for the relevant category. 4. Must be registered for a period of not less than one year. 5. Copy of tender document receipt. 6. Proof of registration with the Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe (PRAZ) In the relevant category. 7. Tender documents are obtainable from the Procurement Management Unit office number 119 upon payment of non refundable fee of RTGS $30. 8. Tender documents should be submitted in triplicate. 9. Non compliance with tender requirements will lead to disqualification. 10. Late comers will not be entertained. CLOSING DATE: AS PER GOVERNMENT GAZZETTE OF 21 JUNE 2019 Tenders must be submitted In sealed envelopes and addressed to The Procurement Management Unit endorsed on the outside with the advertised Tender number, description and closing date. Bids must be submitted on or before 1st of July 2019 by 1000hrs. Bidders are invited to witness the opening of bids at 1 l00hrs on the closing date In the Polytechnic Board Room.
