- Quotation are invited for Supply and Delivery of Chloramine T:-Harare Power Station. Item Description Quantity Total Price 1 Chloramine T with the following composition 3000 litres a. HCL: 15% (conc by weight) b. Sodium Hypochlorite: 12-15% (conc by weight) c. Chemical group: inorganic compound d. Colour: Pale green liquid e. Uses: Algicide Vat on contract sum TOTAL Manner of Submission Tenders must be enclosed in sealed envelopes and endorsed on the outside with the above mentioned tender number, tender description and tender closing date. Tenders must be received at ZPC Harare Power Station on or before the closing date or delivered by hand to THE TENDER BOX to the attention of The Power Plant Manager, Zimbabwe Power Company, 6 Coventry Road, Harare, Zimbabwe before 10:00 hours on the closing date. Offers not received by 10:00 hours on the closing date will be treated as late tenders, rejected and returned to tenderer. Last date of submission is 11/10/16 at 10:00 hours YOUR OFFER SHOULD CLEARLY INDICATE THE FOLLOWING: Bidders must respond to the specification on a line by line basis without failure (Bidders must provide data sheets, failure to do so will be regarded as being non responsive). Bidders must provide certificate of incorporation or equivalent registration in country of residence. Bidders must provide CR 14 - List of Directors. A bid validity period of a minimum of 90 days from tender closing date must be firmly stated. Bidders must state acceptance of the following payment terms: No advance payments will be made for orders below US$500,000.00. All things being equal payment for delivered goods will be made within 30 days after delivery of goods. Bidders must provide lead time/delivery period from receipt of official order expressed in weeks. 7. Bidders must attach proof of State Procurement Board registration in the form of a copy of Government Gazette - water treatment chemicals. (Goods Category G/W/001) SPB receipts or proof of payment are not acceptable. No advance payments will be made for orders below US$500,000.00.
