Description:
Quotation are invited for Supply and Delivery Coal Piercing Rods System at Hwange Power Station. A Piercing Rod System is excellent for eliminating hot spots before serious damage to equipment or harm to personnel can occur. This technology can be used on virtually any explosive, combustible, drybulk solid, whether in a silo or bunker. The Level 4000 Piercing Rod System comes with a locking Diamond Steel Storage Locker which includes: o 60-gpm inductor o Main Assembly with Lifting Head o Valve Assembly o Two Piercing Nozzles o 15m Double Jacket Hose o 4,5m Double Jacket Hose o Rotating Spray Nozzle o HCT E4 Thermal Imaging Camera o Two 14" Pipe Wrenches o F-500 Encapsulate Agent o with 1,52Metres stainless Add-ASections - 22,5m. The Quotations must be Enclosed in Sealed Envelopes, Endorsed on the outside with the Rfq Number, Closing Date and Brief Description of Items. The Submissions must be Posted in Time into the “Rfq Box” Hwange Power Station, Hwange, before 1500 Hours on 20.10.2021. Offers not Received by 15:00 Hours on the Closing Date will be Treated as Late Submission Therefore will be Rejected and Returned to Tenderer. Last Date of Submission is 20.10.2021 at 15:00 Hours
