Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of Communication Equipment Closing Date: 06 September 2017 (Check time with Local Authorities) Restriction: Mandatory Requirements: Bidders are required to submit the following: (1) Certified copy of current tax Clearance Certificate; (2) names and contact details of at least three traceable references including physical addresses of their clients for same services or products; (3) Certified copy of current registration with the State Procurement Board; (4) Valid Vendor Number; (5) Proof of payment of tender documents and specifications and (6) Bidder will be required to quote all unit prices in United State Dollars and total prices with VAT shown separately. NB: (1) It is a condition of this tender that the Zimbabwe Prisons and Correctional Services does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender and reserves the right to accept the whole or part of any tender and (2) Please note that tenderers who do not buy tender documents will not be considered. Late submissions will not be accepted.
