Tenders are Invited for Supply and Delivery of Computers, Computer Spares, Computer Consumables and All ICT and Office Related Equipment. 1. Supply and Delivery of Computers, Computer Spares, Computer Consumables and All ICT and Office Related Equipment. 2. Supply and delivery of general property repair and maintenance including plumbing, leaking roofs and electrical jobs 3. Supply and delivery of repairs and maintenance services for computers, printers and other related office equipment 4. Provision of panel beating and spray painting services to vehicles 5. Provision of catering services. Interested suppliers must submit a company profile including the following: i. Letter of introduction ii. Certified copy of certificate of incorporation iii. Certified copy of Valid Tax clearance certificate iv. Proof of current registration with State Procurement Board (if any) v. At least three trade references vi. Physical business address vii. Telephone/cell and Fax numbers, e-mail addresses viii. Contact person/s or Department ix. Bank details confirmed by the supplier's bank x. CR 14 form with listing of Directors xi. Pay a non-refundable registration fee of $10.
