Quotation are invited for Supply and Delivery of Data Sockets at Hwange Power Station 1. 1RJ45 Data Sockets (rj45 Dual Data Sockets.) 250 Ea 2. PVC Trunking( 40mm X 16mm PVC Trunking) 100 Ea 3. Front & Back Plates (PVC Front and Back Plates for rj45 Sockets.) 300 Ea 4. PVC Conduits( 19mm PVC Conduits.) 100 Ea YOUR OFFER SHOULD CLEARLY INDICATE THE FOLLOWING: 1. Bidders respond to the specification on a line by line basis without failure. 2. State Validity of your offer from closing date (minimum accepted bid validity is 30 days). 3. Bidders are required to complete the price schedule. 4. Bidders must state acceptance of the following payment terms 5. Bidders must quote or offer the price for such goods and or services in both Zimbabwe dollar and foreign currency at the ruling official RBZ exchange rate. is in line with Statutory Instrument 185 of 2020: of the Exchange Control Act[Chapter 22:05 6. Price to include Transport Costs to Hwange (a) No advance payments will be made for orders below US$500,000. Payment for delivered goods will be made 30 days after delivery of goods. (Bidders must state acceptance of these payment terms without failure). 7. Bidders must provide lead time/delivery period from receipt of official order expressed in weeks. DELIVERY PERIOD IS OF ESSENCE-3 DAYS 8. Bidders must attach proof of Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe registration in the form of Government Gazette - G/C/OO6 COMPUTERS AND PRINTERS OR ANY OTHER RELEVANT CATEGORY - PRAZ Receipts are not acceptable. If bidders do not attach proof - ZPC will use available Government Gazettes to verify registration. 9. Suppliers must attach VAT Certificate if registered.
