Quotation are invited for Supply and Delivery of 2 Desktops for Salaries Officers- Head Office Supply and delivery of HP EliteDesk 800 G2 -Core i7 HP - Intel Core i7 (6th Gen) i7-6700 3.40 GHz - Small Form Factor - 8GB RAM - 500 GB HDD - DVD-Writer DVD-RAM/±R/±RW - Intel HD Graphics 530 - DDR4 SDRAM Graphics - Windows Professional 64-bit, Quantity 2 Manner of Submission · Quotations must be submitted to the respective email, at 1000 hours on the closing date. · Offers not received by 1000 hours on the closing date will be treated as late tenders, rejected and returned to tenderer. · Last date of submission is 14 November 2017 YOUR OFFER SHOULD CLEARLY INDICATE THE FOLLOWING: 1. State Validity of your offer from closing date (minimum accepted bid validity is 30 days). 2. Bidders are required to complete the price schedule. 3. Bidders must attach CR14 – List of Directors. 4. Bidders must state acceptance of the following payment terms (a) No advance payments will be made for orders below US$500,000. Payment for delivered goods will be made 30 days after delivery of goods. (Bidders must state acceptance of these payment terms without fail). 5. Bidders must specify the warranties. 6. Bidders must provide lead time/delivery period from receipt of official order expressed in weeks.
