Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of FD Fan Motor at Hwange Power Station You are requested to bid for the supply of the goods specified in the Statement of Requirements below, by completing and returning the following documentation: The Bid Submission Sheet in this Part (bidding procedures); The Statement of Requirements in Part 2; Completed delivery schedule as specified in Part 2 of the tender document A copy of every document necessary to demonstrate eligibility in terms of section 28 (1) of the Regulations; Proof of supplier registration with the Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe, A signed Bid Securing Declaration form found in this document under Part 3 of the contract. A signed Declaration of conflict/non conflict of interest and non-disclosure form found in this document under Part 3 of the Contract. A signed Declaration form on fraud and corruption found in this document under Part 3 of the Contract. Minimum of three (3) Reference Lists showing bidders- direct experience in the successful supply and delivery of Motors. Traceable active contact details from at least 3 different customers. Valid NSSA Registration and NSSA clearance certificate indicating fulfilment of social security contributions. The following documents are also required: A copy of CR 14 (List of Directors), Copy CR6 (Company Address) Copy Certificate of Incorporation (foreign companies should submit similar company documents from country of company registration) A valid tax clearance (for Zimbabwean companies only) A copy of your company profile Product technical data sheet of the FD FAN Motor.
