Quotation are invited for Supply and Delivery of Ladders at Munyati Power Station 1 Supply and Delivery of Fibre Glass Step Ladders 01 2 Supply and Delivery of Fibre Glass Step Ladders 01 3 Supply and Delivery of Fibre Glass Extension Ladders 02 4 Supply and Delivery of Rope (30Mtrs) NB: The bidder must provide data sheets for all requested items without fail 02 5 Transportation and insurance (up to point of entry into Zimbabwe) 6 Customs Duty (indicate rate of duty as %) 7 VAT on Customs Duty 8 Customs clearance charges 9 Vat on contract sum 10 Transportation and insurance (from point of entry to final destination) YOUR OFFER SHOULD CLEARLY INDICATE THE FOLLOWING: 1. Bidders respond to the specification on a line by line basis without failure. 2. State Validity of your offer from closing date (minimum accepted bid validity is 30 days). 3. Bidders are required to complete the price schedule. 4. Bidders must provide CR 14 - List of Directors. 5. Bidders must state acceptance of the following payment terms (a) No advance payments will be made for orders below US$500,000. Payment for delivered goods will be made 30 days after delivery of goods. (Bidders must state acceptance of these payment terms without failure). 6. Bidders must provide lead time/delivery period of two (2) weeks or better from receipt of official order. 7. Bidders must attach proof of Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe registration in the form of Government Gazette - Tools and Hardware — (Goods Category G/T/002) PRAZ Receipts are not acceptable. If bidders do not attach proof -ZPC will use available Government Gazettes to verify registration.
