Quotation are invited for Supply and Delivery of Laptop for Finance Manager Purchase Requisition Number 20115252. 1. Ethernet port / External Ethernet Adapter l.  Windows 10 professional licensed  Type C adapter  Wireless mouse  Headphones m. • NB: Include Carry Case  ORIGINAL PRODUCT NOT REFURB OR FAKE YOUR OFFER SHOULD CLEARLY INDICATE THE FOLLOWING: 1. Bidders must respond to specifications on a line a line basis. 2. State Validity Period of your offer from the closing date (minimum acceptable bid validity period is 30 days). 3. Bidders must provide lead time from receipt of official order. 4. Bidders must attach proof of registration for year 2021 with the Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe in the category of computers, printers, photocopiers, networking equipment and accessories-(Goods Category G/C006). 5. Bidders must state warranty period - minimum acceptable warranty period is 12 months. 6. Bidders must attach current certificate of authorisation or distributorship certificate from the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) to sell computers and or associated products. A reseller certificate can only be accepted if attached to the principal-s partner certificate from the OEM. For example, if the product to be supplied is from HP then the acceptable certificate should be from HP.
