Vat on contract sum TOTAL Manner of Submission Tenders must be enclosed in sealed envelopes and endorsed on the outside with the above mentioned tender number, tender description and tender closing date. Tenders must be received at ZPC Harare Power Station on or before the closing date or delivered by hand to THE TENDER BOX to the attention of The Power Plant Manager, Zimbabwe Power Company, 6 Coventry Road, Harare, Zimbabwe before 10:00 hours on the closing date. Provided that, where quotations made by email or in some other electronic form are received before the end of the bidding period, they shall be printed out and deposited in the tender box. Offers not received by 10:00 hours on the closing date will be treated as late tenders, rejected and returned to tenderer. Last date of submission is 27/11/2018 at 10:00 hours YOUR OFFER SHOULD CLEARLY INDICATE THE FOLLOWING: 1. Bidders must respond to the specification on a line by line basis without failure. 2. Bidders must provide lead time/delivery period from receipt of official order. 3. A bid validity period of a minimum of 30 days from tender closing date must be firmly stated. 4. Bidders must attach proof of Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe registration in the form of a copy of Government Gazette- Groceries and provisions-(Goods Category G/G/003) - PRAZ receipts are not acceptable. If bidders do not attach proof - ZPC will use available Government Gazettes to verify registration.
