Must Allow Procurement to Visit Their Premises. each Lender Must be Enclosed in a Sealed Envelops(S) and Endorsed on the Cnvelope(S) and Quotations) with the Advertised Lender Number, ( Losing Date, Hand-Delivered and Deposited Into the Tender Box (Found at Administration Block) by Date.
