Description:
Request for proposals are invited for Supply and Delivery of Monthly Canteen Provisions to NOIC Five Depots Request for Proposals are available for collection at the Procurement Management Unit 4™ Floor, NOCZIM HOUSE, 100 L.Takawira STREET, HARARE, Harare, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of RTGS50.00 for each proposal document from the 28"K of February 2020 to the date prior the proposal Pre-bid meeting date. There will be a compulsory pre-bid meeting for these proposals on the date, time and venue indicated above.Bidders are advised to have bought the bid document before the pre-bid meeting. Bidding companies who wish to attend the Mabvuku Site meeting on the 15th of April, 2020 need to apply to attend the site meeting. Applications to attend this site meetings must be with NOIC by the 2^d of April, 2020 through e-mail address tenders@noic.co.zw and addressed to The Head PMU. Applicants must provide personal details such as Surnames and full first names (initials shall not be accepted). National Id numbers or valid passport number (expired passports shall not be accepted) and physical residential ad dresses (Post Office Boxes shall not be accepted) of those members to attend the site meeting. Those attending the site meeting at Mabvuku Depot must come in good acceptable personnel protective clothing comprising hard hat, work suits with reflective material and safety shoes/boots. Members without such gear shall be turned away.
