- SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF A5 BRANDED SPIRAL BOUND NOTEBOOKS TO ZIMTRADE BRANDED A5 NOTEBOOKS- A5 notebook, spiral bound (side left), Branded gloss laminated cover (full color, front and back), 50pgs bond paper lined inside with date section and footer- SAMPLE TO BE PROVIDED TO THOSE WHO ATTEND THECOMPULSORY PRE-BID MEETING Bidders are mandated to fill in the detailed Specification sheet and submit the same with their quote. Quote must be in USD, and should be accompanied by requisite Document. Tender is valid for 7 days only. May you quote in USD , and clearly state quote validity Bidders to quote in USD. The expectation is for supply and delivery, where goods are to be inspected before receipt. (iii) Your quote must clearly state the Unit price including VAT at 15%, and the Total Value incl. VAT @ 15% (iv) All costs that make up the total acquisition costs should be indicated separately as hidden costs will not be considered.
