Quotation are invited for Supply and Delivery of Personal Protective Clothing. 1 Acid resistant work suits-Red 15 2 Acid resistant gumboots 15 Pairs 3 Poly cotton t-shirts 15 4 Helmet with cord under chin-Red 15 5 Leather gloves sizes 8-10 15 6 Goggles(clear) 15 7 Training sneakers 15 8 Supply and delivery of worksuits (Various sizes from small, medium, large and XL) Nine (9) 9 Supply and delivery of safety shoes (Various sizes) Nine (9) Your Offer should Clearly Indicate the Following: 1. Price (ZWL). 2. State Validity of your offer from closing date. 3. Bidders are required to complete the price schedule. 4. Bidders must state acceptance of the following payment terms (a) No advance payments will be made for orders below ZWL$5,000,000.00 Payment for delivered goods will be made 30 days after delivery of goods. (Bidders must state acceptance of these payment terms without fail). 5. Bidders must state delivery period from receipt of official purchase order expressed in days. 6. Bidders must attach proof of registration with Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe in the relevant category for year 2022. 7. Bidders should submit their samples together with their bid.
