- Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of Power Backup Solution. Questions: 1) Are we the ones to do INSTALLATION & COMMISSIONING of the power backup system or we are to SUPPLY & DELIVER equipment only (i.e. Will you have your own installing team 2) Do you just want a battery based backup solution without the solar panels right since I haven-t seen the solar panels on your tender? Then, on mileage you mean what exactly Answers: 1) The contractor shall supply, deliver, install, configure and commission the power back up system. 2) There are no solar panels, the system must recharge the batteries using electricity and connected UPS. Mileage we are saying cost of travelling to do the installations.
