Supply and delivery of PVC tarpaulins Aspindale 250 7. Supply and delivery of PVC tarpaulins Aspindale 250 8. Supply and delivery of PVC tarpaulins Aspindale 250 A Bid Validity of 90 days Must be stated. Failure to state Bid Validity will lead to automatic disqualification. GMB may seek extension of bid validity before the expiring of the 90-day period to allow finalization of the tender process. The Tender must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Bid Security of USD1 218.00 (for International Bidders using an auction rate of 82,08) and ZW$100 000.00 (for Domestic/Local Bidders) valid for 90 days, together with their bid in terms of Section 26 of the Regulations. Bidders must also submit proof of payment of a non-refundable cash bid bond establishment fee of ZW$28 000.00 for Domestic bidders and USD350.00 for International bidder-s (foreign bidders shall pay an equivalent in the currency of their bid security) to the Authority, as set out in Part V of the Statutory Instrument 49 of 2020. Bidders must clearly highlight the tender number when making payment.
