• Tenders are invited for Procurement and Supply and Delivery of Rice. Payment of a non-refundable cash bid bond establishment fee of ZWL$28 000 for Domestic bidders and USD350 for International bidders to the Authority: FCA ACCOUNT: (FOREIGN DEPOSITS) Bank Name Commercial Bank of Zimbabwe Account Name Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe Account Currency United States Dollars (USD) Account Number 01121064850040 Branch Kwame Nkrumah Branch Sort Code 6101 Swift Code COBZZWHAXXX The Tender must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Bid Security of USD1 000.00 (for international bidders) and ZWL$100 000.00 (for domestic bidders) valid for 90 days, together with their bid in terms of Section 26 of the Regulations. The Bid Security shall be given in any one of the below listed options: a) A Bank Guarantee b) A Cash deposit to the Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe (Authority). If option (b) is chosen, Bidders must also submit proof of payment of a non-refundable cash bid bond establishment fee of ZWL$28 000.00 for Domestic bidders and USD350.00 for International bidders to the Authority, as set out in Part V of the Statutory Instrument 219 of 2020. Bidders must clearly highlight the tender number when making payment.
