- Request for proposals are invited for Supply and Delivery of Sealing Bolts and Wire Pre- Bid Meeting There will be no pre-bid meeting for this proposal Clarification Clarification of the bidding document may be requested in writing by any Bidder before 11 August, 2023 and should be sent to e-mail address tenders@noic.co.zw. Attention Procurement Manager. The Bidder must include either: 1. A bid security of USD1000.00 in any one of the following form:- (i) A commercial bank guarantee of USD1000.00 in the name National Oil Infrastructure Company of Zimbabwe expiring 60 days after date of close of proposal. The commercial bank must be registered in Zimbabwe. (ii) cash deposit of USD1000.00 to PRAZ, 9th Floor Pearl House, 61 Samora Machel Avenue Harare. If option (ii) is chosen, the bid security should be accompanied by a bid security administration fee of USD150.00 non-refundable fee.)
