Quotation are invited for Supply and Delivery of Turning Tools at Hwange Power Station Cranked Knife Turning Tool, iso6, 20x20, Lh, p30 for Steel. Preferred Brands, Sandvik, Pilot & Miranda.: Qty 25 Parting Tools, iso7, 20x20, Rh, p30. Preferred Brands, Sandvik, Pilot & Miranda.: Qty 25 Parting Tools, iso7, 25x25, Rh, p30. Preferred Brands, Sandvik, Pilot & Miranda.: Qty 25 Bidders respond to the specification on a line by line basis without failure. State Validity of your offer from closing date (minimum accepted bid validity is 30 days). Bidders are required to complete the price schedule. Bidders must state acceptance of the following payment terms Bidders must quote or offer the price for such goods and or services in both Zimbabwe dollar and foreign currency at the ruling official RBZ exchange rate. is in line with Statutory Instrument 185 of 2020: of the Exchange Control Act[Chapter 22:05 Price to include Transport Costs to Hwange No advance payments will be made for orders below US$500,000. Payment for delivered goods will be made 60 days after delivery of goods. (Bidders must state acceptance of these payment terms without failure). Bidders must provide lead time/delivery period from receipt of official order expressed in weeks. DELIVERY PERIOD IS OF ESSENCE-PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO SUPLIERS WITH EXSTOCKS. Bidders must attach proof of Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe registration in the form of Government Gazette - G/T/OO2 TOOLS AND HARDWARE G/M/003 OR ANY OTHER RELEVANT CATEGORY - PRAZ Receipts are not acceptable. If bidders do not attach proof - ZPC will use available Government Gazettes to verify registration. Suppliers must attach VAT Certificate if registered. Suppliers not registered for VAT Should not charge VAT on their Quotations.
