- Tenders are invited for Supply and Delivery of Vehicle 2 Tenders can be obtained at Procurement Management Unit Office. No 410 Pioneer Road during office hours (0800 hours to 1630 hours) as from 2 October. 2020. Complete bids in sealed envelopes clearly marked “Notice: Contract No. VFMC/HCS/VEHICLE 1/04/2020: Supply and delivery of a brand new vehicle 1 and VFM/HCS/ VEHICLE2/05/2020: Supply and delivery of a brand new vehicle 2" must be deposited in the tender box of the Municipality-s Reception at Cnr Livingstone Rd and Parkway. A non-refundable fee of RTGS2.000.00 is payable upon collection of bid documents. No faxed, emailed or late tenders will be considered. Council Is not obliged to accept the lowest bid or any bid.
