Provides Freedom of Movement in Any Direction. Rotates the Seat from a Point at the Center of the Chair to Comfortably Recline. Moves the Seat up and down to Adapt to Various Body Heights. SUBMISSION OF QUOTATIONS ALL QUOTATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE TENDER BOX. THE QUOTATIONS MUST BE ENCLOSED IN SEALED ENVELOPES, ENDORSED ON THE OUTSIDE WITH THE ENQUIRY NUMBER, CLOSING DATE AND BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS.
