Tenders are invited for Supply, Delivery of Brand New, Heavy Duty Movable Metal Filing Racks. Closing Date: 16 April 2018 at 10:00 (Local Time) Restriction: All prospective suppliers who wish to be considered for this tender are required to submit the following together with their bids: (a) Company Profile and Certificate of Incorporation; (b) CR 14 Form with listing of Directors (c) A statement of expression to confirm the supplier's capability to perform the task; (d); Telephone / Cell numbers and email addresses; (e) Contact person's responsible for all correspondent; (f) Confirmation of VAT Certificate and Valid ITF 263 Tax Clearance Certificate and (g) Any other documents as stated in the Terms of Reference for this tender. Late submissions will not be accepted. The Authority reserves the right to accept part of this tender or in full. The Authority is not obliged to accept the lowest bid on the outcome.
