Description:
Expression of Interest are invited for Supply, Delivery, Installation of Energy Saver Fittings at Acbf Premises in Harare. The African Capacity Building Foundation (ACBF), an International Organisation based in Harare, is pleased to inviting you to submit your quotation for the supply, delivery, installation of energy saver fittings at ACBF premises in Harare, Zimbabwe in accordance with the scope of services detailed in Appendix I. In preparing your quotation, please refer to the attached terms and conditions. The present Request for Quotation includes four mutually exclusive lots. Suppliers can elect to bid for one or more lots. The evaluation of each lot will be undertaken separately. ACBF shall, at its own discretion, offer one or more contracts to one or more suppliers. LOT 1 (one) – Supply and installation of solar geysers LOT 2 (two) – Supply and installation of internal emergency lights LOT 3 (three) – Replacement of existing outdoor security lights LOT 4 (four) - Supply and installation of end-to-end solar solution In preparing your quotation, please refer to the enclosed terms and conditions. Kindly ensure your submission is complete. Failure to include the required documentation might constitute grounds for disqualification. Your quotation should be submitted not later than Thursday 20 July 2017, – 16h00hrs Harare time, by email to: tender@acbf-pact.org It shall remain your responsibility to ensure that your quotation reaches the indicated communication address by or before the deadline. Quotations received by ACBF after the submission deadline will be disregarded.
