Description:
Tenders are invited for Supply & Installation of Data Centre Infrastructure Servers & Storage. Bids should be accompanied by certified copies of: 1. Valid Certificate of Incorporation 2. VAT Registration Certificate 3. Valid Tax Clearance 4. 5. 6. Valid Registration with PRAZ Social Security Contributions Clearance from NSSA Proof of payment for the Bid document • A non-refundable fee of ZWL$12 125.00 shall be paid to acquire the tender document. • All bids should be in sealed envelopes clearly marked supply and installation of data server and system upgrade. • Bids must be hand-delivered at Council Offices, Mutawatawa before 1000 hours on Friday, 19th May, 2023. It is the responsibility of bidders to confirm with council receipt of any bid documents submitted online before the day of closing. • Bidders must ensure that their Bids are recorded by the Procurement Office before depositing into the Tender Box.
