  Important: The purpose of this call for EOI is to identify appropriate suppliers who can potentially fulfil the requirements. The present call for EOI does not constitute an invitation to tender. Only suppliers deemed qualified by ITC will receive the invitation to tender.

  Terms of Reference (summary):
  
  ITC intends to procure laboratory equipment for the following entities in Zimbabwe: Ministry of Health and Child Care; Central Veterinary Laboratory; GMO Testing Laboratory; Plant Quarantine Services and Government Analyst Laboratory.
  
  In this regard, ITC is seeking the services of an experienced vendor to supply laboratory equipment to the above mentioned entities. The equipment is divided in 5 lots. The vendors are authorised to submit partial quotation.
  
  The equipment may include amongst others GCMS with UPS PCR machines autoclave centrifuge microscope thermal cycler microwave digester hygiene monitoring system PH meter…
  
  The ideal service provider/supplier should also have:
  Justification of references for the supply of laboratory testing equipment for similar laboratories in the region; the expertise to install, commission and train the personnel in the use of the equipment; good and accessible after sales service, including spare parts, for any necessary maintenance and repair of the equipment supplied; and good technical support to advise the laboratory personnel on any issue concerning the installation, use and maintenance of equipment even after the warranty period.
