Bids must be enclosed in sealed envelopes and clearly endorsed on the outside with the advertised tender number(s). the description and must be deposited in the tender box before closing time. The closing date and time for submission of tenders will be the 18*1 of October 2019 at 10:00am and bids will be Opened thereafter in the presence of bidders or their representatives who may choose to attend.
