- Tenders are invited for Supply of a Second-hand Vehicle Details: Bid documents are obtainable from Mberengwa RDC main offices at Stand 96, Mataga Growth Point during normal working hours Monday to Friday from 07.45 to 16.45 hours as from 14 June 2019 upon payment of none refundable fee of RTGS $30.00 per tender. Bids must be enclosed in sealed envelopes and endorsed on the outside with the advertised tender number and description. Tenders must be able to be sorted into the Council tender box before closing time. The closing date and time for submission offenders will be 12 July 2019 at 1200 hours (noon) and bids will be opened thereafter in the presence of bidders or their representatives who may choose to attend. Late bids shall not be accepted. Council reserves the right to reject any tender and does not bind itself to accept any tender in whole or in part.
