- Request for proposals are invited for Supply of X-ray sundries. RFPs for the above tenders are obtainable from the Finance Department. Second floor. Main Hospital at United Bulawayo Hospitals, St Luke's Way, Ascot, Bulawayo with effect from 1 April 2019. All tenders are obtainable upon payment of a non-refundable fee of $10 per document from 10:00 am - 3:30 pm. NB: Site visit is mandatory. Tenders must be submitted in sealed envelopes addressed to The Chairman, Procurement Management Unit and endorsed on the outside with the advertised Number. Description, and Closing date. Tenders in sealed khakhi envelopes must be posted on time to enable sorting into Post office Box No. 958, Bulawayo or dropped in the Tender Box at Procurement Management Unit, United Bulawayo Hospitals, St Luke's Way, Ascot, Bulawayo. The closing date for submitting and opening of the tenders is 9 May 2019 at 1000 hours. Those interested to witness the opening of the tenders are welcome. The Tender bids must be accompanied by the following; ? Company Profile ? Certified Certificate of Incorporation ? CR6 ? CRM ? Valid Tax Clearance Certificate ? Proof of Registration with PRAZ ?
