United Nations Educational, Science and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) hereby invite qualified companies to submit sealed tenders as follows:
DESCRIPTION OF ASSIGNMENT
UNESCO is seeking the technical services of a contractor to conduct an end-of-project evaluation, which will focus on the implementation period from October 2013 to February 2018. The overall purpose of the evaluation is to assess if targeted young people are receiving high quality, comprehensive sexuality education that is gender-transformative, evidence-informed and age- and culturally- appropriate through Sida funding. This will be done through 1) assessing all outcomes achieved during the project life1; 2) modeling/ projecting the sustainability and impact of the project (using some outcome indicators in the project’s Result Framework) and; 3) drawing lessons that will inform future programming.
