- Tenders are invited for Waste Collection and Management. Interested companies should meet the following requirements and provide the documents listed below:Introductory letter with a value proposition Company profile detailing the type of business and physical address Memorandum of Association Certificate of Incorporation CR 14 CR6 VAT Registration Certificate Tax Clearance Certificate (ITF 263 Form) Proof of operation of more than 3 years (recent audited financial statements, bank statements, etc) Distributorship certificates and accreditation certificates where applicable Traceable trade references PROCEDURE Interested companies are required to SEND the above mentioned documents By EMAIL to Astra Chemical on or before 16th February, 2018 * Late submissions will not be considered * Submissions should be sealed and clearly state the category applied for.
