Quotation are invited for Vehicle Maintenance Services Provider _ Zimbabwe Vehicle Maintenance Services for All fhi360 Vehicles Stationed as Follows: 1. Mutare 2. Makoni 3. Chipinge 4. Harare 5. Marondera 6. Chinhoyi 7. Masvingo 8. Gweru 9. Bulawayo We have a Total of 17 Vehicles and the Breakdown is as Follows: 1. Toyota Hilux - 5 2. Toyota Landcruiser-S - 10 3. Toyota Corolla - 1 4. Nissan Patrol - 1 FHI 360 is soliciting bids for a provider of professional vehicle maintenance services for: • A fleet of 17 vehicles as mentioned above. 2 • Provision of excellent customer service • Provision of discounted costs Repair and service FHI 360/ Mhuri Imuli project vehicles which currently has 17 vehicles. The agreement will include any subsequent motor vehicle FHI360 may acquire during the agreement period. The maintenance and repair service of the motor vehicles will include among other tasks, performing the following functions: • Minor, intermediate, and major service which is to be specified detailing the work to be carried out. Vendors to share detailed service scope for minor, intermediate, and major service. • Tyre fitment, alignment, and balancing. • Windscreen repairs. • Any other repairs to be done on the vehicles. • Performing any other functions as necessary 29 November 2021 RFQ released to potential Vendors 10 December 2021 Submit bid package by 5:00pm.
