Description:
Quotation are invited for Zimbabwe National Flag. Qty: 30 Companies must submit together with quotations: 1. Tax Clearance Certificate ITF 263 2. Proof of appropriate category of PRAZ registration must be attached. All quotations must be enclosed in sealed envelopes, endorsed on the outside with the advertised PR number, the closing date and Time and deposited in the Tender Box marked “Request for quotation” at the foyer , Halco House Cnr Fife street and 10th Ave , Bulawayo , Zimbabwe before 10;00hrs on the closing date notified. 1. Delivery period should be within five (5) days of receipt of official order and must be clearly stated. 2. Bidders must clearly state “C.I.F Bulawayo.” Failure to do so will lead to automatic disqualification. 3. Payment terms of 30 days must be clearly stated. 4. Bid validity of 60 days must be clearly stated. 5. ZETDC does not bind itself to accept the lowest bidder or any tender and reserves the right to accept or reject any tender NB*ZETDC standard payment terms are 30 days after delivery. Failure to deliver within the stipulated period will result in automatic cancellation of the order.
